Enjoi Property Management is based in Long Beach, California, and manages a growing portfolio of residential communities throughout Southern California, including nearby coastal, metro, and suburban markets. Our residents and prospects can explore all available units and current openings on our Available Rentals page, which lists every property we manage with real-time AppFolio updates.
How do I apply for a rental home?
Applications are completed online through AppFolio on the Available Rentals page. Each occupant 18 or older needs to submit an application, authorize screening, and upload the required documents. Approval is based on income, credit, rental history, and overall screening results.
How do I contact Enjoi for general questions?
For routine questions, use the Tenant Portal messaging system so our team can respond quickly and keep everything documented. For non-tenant inquiries or prospective resident questions, you can use the Contact Us page on the website, and our team will respond during business hours.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
All maintenance requests should be submitted through your Tenant Portal on AppFolio, which allows you to track progress and receive updates. For emergencies such as major leaks, loss of heat, or electrical hazards, contact our 24-hour emergency line immediately. Routine requests submitted through the portal are handled in the order they are received.
What qualifies as an emergency maintenance issue?
Emergency issues are problems that threaten safety, cause immediate property damage, or make your home unlivable .. such as flooding, fire hazards, gas smells, or complete loss of power in the unit. Non-emergency issues like dripping faucets, minor appliance issues, and cosmetic repairs should be submitted through AppFolio during normal hours.
